1. I have a problem with the product. Who do I contact?

- First, try our chat. There should be a pop-up below. Someone on our team is checking is every hour, so we will get back to you
- If you'd prefer email, just reach through our Contact Us page. Make sure to include your order number so we can look it up

2. I haven't received my shipment

You should receive tracking once your order has shipped. If for some reason you haven't gotten it yet, find the order confirmation email in your inbox, and click on the "View your order" button (as seen below). That will take you to our website where you should be able to see the live tracking. 

3. I want to return the items

We are sorry you weren't happy with the products you purchased. Please read through our Refund Policy. Generally speaking, we offer 30 days for returns, but some products cannot be accepted for returns (ex. soaps). The full list of what can and cannot be return is in the Refund Policy
